These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Younivo (the “Service”), operated by [Legal entity name](“Younivo”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Younivo is an AI fashion-image generation tool. You upload product and (optionally) model photos, choose a scene and output format, and the Service generates images using third-party AI providers. Generating images consumes credits.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
3. Credits, plans and payments
- New accounts receive a limited number of free credits.
- One successfully generated image consumes one credit. A generation that fails does not consume a credit.
- Credits are purchased in packs through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
- Credits are a prepaid digital entitlement, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Acceptable use and content rules
You agree that you will not use the Service to:
- Upload content you do not own or have the rights to use, including product imagery, logos, or photos of people.
- Use a person’s likeness as a “house model” without their consent.
- Generate content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that impersonates a real brand or individual.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service, or exceed rate limits.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the images you generate, and for complying with advertising-disclosure and AI-labeling rules that apply to you.
5. Your content and generated images
You retain ownership of the product images you upload. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of the applicable credit, you own the images you generate. You grant Younivo a limited license to process your uploads solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your brand or products.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including AI image providers, Stripe for payments, and our hosting provider. Your use may be subject to their terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI output may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing images before commercial use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Younivo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unused credits may be forfeited on termination for cause.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
