- Usage & billing — credit balance, generation history, and payment records.
- Technical data — IP address and basic device/security signals used to prevent abuse.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the Service: generate images, manage credits, and maintain your library.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To send transactional emails (welcome, purchase confirmations, account notices).

3. Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe processes them under its own privacy policy.
4. AI providers and sub-processors
To generate images, your uploaded and prompt data is sent to third-party AI image providers. We also use a hosting provider and email provider. These act as our sub-processors solely to deliver the Service.
5. Data retention
We keep your account, uploads, and generated images while your account is active so your library remains available. You can request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to records we must keep for legal and accounting reasons).
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
7. Cookies
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use it for advertising.
